		<description>Sorry about that Heather. But your email was sent to out accounts team who don&#039;t start until monday morning. In our defence, we only suspend accounts after several reminders. In this instance the payment was quickly found and services restored, an honest mistake on our part I know.</description>

		<description>We have used MacAce for the past 3 years to host out website and email, but no more. The company appears to be falling apart. 

This weekend we lost ALL our emails and our website because MacAce put our account on hold. The reason? They didnt seem to notice in June when we paid our invoice! 

And the 24/7 support service? obviously took the weekend off and arrived late at work on Monday, because the first time I got to speak to someone was 9:15am Monday. 

So, emails down, website down, all down to MacAce not checking accounts payments. 

Thanks MacAce, my small business couldn&#039;t have done it without you!</description>
