This has also resulted in a Debit balance of £5.91 on May' statement when It had been cleared. Please refund the erronious collections and the interest debt balance they created and cease drawing these monthly payment. E-mail not working and I will be away from the 24th May so please post your reply letting me know you have corrected this matter. Thank you.
