Should I know that or the MAC code is enough itself and the 2 companies can do the swap over themselves (and not to switch me earlier to the new ISP)? Virgin activated my phone line last year on 5 December but I moved into my flat on 18 December and the BB runs from that date. So my phone bills runs from the 5th and the BB from the 18th.
