I really don’t understand why you would include Talk Talk on this list. Talk Talk/Tiscali staff have no MAC training whatsoever and when you the link between the MAC and the broadband won’t work they simply, through sheer ignorance, blame the MAC and tell you there is a problem with your MAC and you need to engage an apple technician. A quick websearch will show you that countless otherrs have had the same experience. My advice is STEER CLEAR of Tiscali/Talk Talk. They are incompetent, unhelpful and rude.
