The Sunday Times have published an article in their supplement. The article focused on the best broadband providers in the UK. Not all of the providers are particularly Mac friendly. One that stood out was Zen internet.

Zen Internet gained a four stars in a recent Sunday Times survey into broadband providers.
Zen were described described as a ‘minimalist marvel with excellent support‘ providing an ‘efficient, no-frills service that earned top marks for customer service, (UK-based) technical support and reliability.‘
Only two other providers made the four out of five star grade (the highest rating that was awarded) in this survey, which polled subscribers to Computing Which? magazine.
Zen internet scored satisfaction ratings of over 80% for customer service, reliability of connection, along with online and telephone technical support.
Richard Tang, Managing Director of Zen Internet commented on their accolade;
“To be so highly rated in a Sunday Times survey for the second year in a row is a brilliant achievement for us. It is great to see that our aim to develop Internet services that focus on quality, reliability and service, is successfully reflected in customer opinions.”
